London fashion week was all about soft, pastel shades, layered textures and a relaxed collection not to f
orget the anti-fur protests that disrupted the first show Three anti-fur protesters burst on to the catwalk on
September 18, during the Fashion Week's first show, which was by designer Julien Macdonald. The Welsh
designer, who did not use fur in this show but has used it in the past, laughed off the experience and said all
publicity was good publicity.
Coming back to the fashion fora, the collections had a touch of Victorian era with soft silhouette and feminine feel.
